-We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation of any appointment. If you cancel or no show within the 24-hour window, you will be charged a late cancellation/rescheduling fee. Amount will vary depending on the service. 

-If you cancel or no show late 3 times, you will no longer be able to pre book appointments at Northwest Barbers.

-Please note that while we understand when things come up and you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we are also unable to fill a spot at the last minute and therefore we are unable to make the income we were planning on. 

-We appreciate your understanding and respect of our profession and time.
